We have 10 different species of wild orchids that we are cultivating. They go into bloom between December to April and the blooms last from a few days to a month

We raise tropical sheep and prepare the meat at our farm. (However we can easily
cater to vegetarians) The sheep graze on the farm and eat a varied diet of grasses,
flowers, beans, fruit, and whatever else they can manage to find while escaping
their vast pasture. When we are blessed with babies the mother and little ones
are protected by putting them inside a pen for a few weeks in order to keep
them safe.

We grow organic rice in the rainy season. It is harvested and cleaned by
hand.
We also grow many different kinds of tropical fruit trees, from avocados, bananas, plantain, oranges and grapefruit to name a few.
We have been trying our luck at getting vegetables to grow. It has been a learning curve for us to see what will grow and how to combat the pests in an organic way, working in harmony with nature. Depending on whether it is the wet or dry season depends on what works around here. Lettuce, eggplant, beans, peppers, and tropical squashes have been know to grace our property.
Typical organic foods sold on the island include honey, coffee, cacao beans, fresh cows milk, pork, chicken, beef, fish, eggs, peanuts, fruits and veggies.
